Our field agents have the experience to be efficient with their site visit and go above the normal expectations:

• Determine occupancy and if vacant and free of personal property, proceed with rekey
• Rekey all doors in accordance with bank requirements
• Install lockboxes in accordance with bank guidelines with backup key hidden at site
• Secure garage doors and gates
• Ensure all windows are locked
• Photograph the exterior and interior of the property and send photos from the field
• Board properties when potential vandalism or other threats pose an immediate danger or risk
