Quick & Accurate Occupancy Status Reports (OSR)

This is the single most important step in the pre-list stage. 

Most guidelines require the OSR must be submitted within 24-48 hours upon accepting the assignment. 

We provide an accurate OSR so you can get your assignment a listing faster. 

Failure to report the information accurately and timely can result in the loss or delay of the listing of the assignment. 

Reporting incorrect data can result in the incorrect processing of evictions and delay in the completion of field services. 

If the property is reported vacant but it actually includes personal property, this can pose legal issues for the agent. 

Because we inspect each property every 7 days, we update the OSR from the field so you and your asset manager are immediately notified of any changes.
